- Invitation letter from the Conference organizers in India
- Fee
- € 99,- ex. service fee (1-3 months validity)
- € 3,- consular administration fee will be charged.
- Note
- Conference visa is issued only if the Government of India has given permission to hold the conference. This permission is addressed to the Embassy and not to the individual.
- Processing Time
- Time may vary on a case by case basis. If all documents are complete, visas may be issued within a day.
