- Requirements
- A completed application form. We suggest that you mail us the application forms. Send all the application forms, along with your passport and other necessities, to our The Hague office.
- A passport which must be valid for at least 6 months.
- A letter of guarantee from the company registered in the Netherlands by which the applicant is employed, stating clearly the reason for the visit to India. Vague expressions like ‘business visit’, ‘meeting’ etc. should not be used. This letter is required even if the applicant is the CEO of the company. In case of consultants or individual not working for any registered company, evidence of business dealing with Indian companies or professionals must be provided. In case of no past dealing with Indian companies, then proof of past business dealing with any other country and a letter of introduction from a reputable Dutch company, Government department or Chamber of Commerce is required.
- Invitation letters from registered Indian companies, private or public, located in India clearly stating the purpose of the visit of the visa applicant. The invitation letter must contain a Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. Another option is to include a certificate of incorporation
- A copy of an extract of the Chamber of Commerce is required
- An English resume or declaration of experience. A declaration of experience is a letter on letterhead paper of the Dutch company, which states your function and a summary of the function.
- A recent salary slip or bank statement which shows you own at least €500,-
- When you wish the passport to be returned to you by mail, please include a envelope which shows your address and contains at least € 8,35 worth of stamps. You are responsible when you decide that your passport is to be returned to you by mail.
- US citizens are charged an additional € 25,- fee
- Nationals of other countries holding a Resident Permit Card are required to submit the card along with the passport and a Supplementary form.
- Travelers visiting India should abide by the law of the land and refrain from contracting Muttah marriage. Travelers should not indulge in sex tourism nor any other unlawful activity.
- Fee
- €   99,- ex. service fee (6 months validity).
- € 148,- ex. service fee (1 year validity) .
- € 247,- ex. service fee (2 years validity), if eligible.
- €    3,- consular administration fee will be charged.
- Processing Time
- Time may vary on a case by case basis. If all documents are complete, visas may be issued within a day.
