On this page you will find the requirements common for all type of visas unless specified otherwise.
- Completed application form. We recommend sending application forms by post. Send forms, passports and Bank Draft/proof of transfer of money of ABN Amro, ING or Rabobank to our The Hague office.
- 2 passport size photographs (One to be pasted and another to be stapled on the application form).
- A passport - valid for at least six months.
- If passport is to be returned by post, please attach a self-addressed envelope with a € 8,35 worth of stamps affixed on it. The individual bears responsibility for the receipt of the passport.
- US nationals are required to pay additional fee of € 25,-
- Nationals of other countries holding a Resident Permit Card are required to submit the card along with the passport.
- For nationals of other countries not holding Resident Permit cards of The Netherlands and Dutch nationals of Sri Lankan & Bangladeshi origin, an additional processing fee of € 30,- will be charged. Telex form has to be filled in and it will take 7 working days for issue of visa.
- Travelers visiting India should abide by the law of the land and refrain from contracting Muttah marriage. Travelers should not indulge in sex tourism nor any other unlawful activity.
