The Visumdienst India, operated by V&V Visumdienst, is a private outsourcing contractor and service provider to the Indian Embassy in the Netherlands. It is no longer possible to apply at the Embassy for your Indian business, tourist, or transit visa.

Our Objective

Many travelers are unfamiliar with the forms and requirements needed for travel to India. Visumdienst India will assist you in securing the necessary documents for your trip.

Our Services

Our consultants are trained visa and passport professionals who understand the complexities of entry requirements, and who will help you through the visa application process. We can only apply business-, tourist- and transit visa. For all other visa types you still have to go to The Indian Embassy yourself.

ALL VISA APPLICANTS PLANNING TO TRAVEL TO INDIA MAY PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TRAVELLERS SHALL BE SCREENED AT INDIAN AIRPORTS AND AT OTHER ENTRY POINTS FOR INFLUENZA INFECTION. WHEN SYMPTOMS OF INFECTION ARE DETECTED IT MAY LEAD TO QUARANTINE, HOSPITALISATION ETC.

Persons holding a non dutch passport or holders of a dutch passport, born in another country, should please contact our office. The rules and prices of the embassy are ever changing.

Since 12 march 2009, it is no longer possible to arrange a visa in one day. For holders of a dutch passport, the embassy will treat a visa application as 'urgent' for €43.- extra. We need to receive the complete application before 9.30 am.
